1 - Where is the locker, where is the exhibit situated?

In Shibuya, next to the station, main floor (1F) of the Entertainment Center (Keego building).
How to go: exit Shibuya JR station, face "109", take the street on the left, and it is on the left hand side on Dongenzaka Ave. next to Shibutoh Cine Tower movie theater.
It is right at the opposite of the street from subway Hanzomon line Shibuya St. exit B1.

2 - What does it cost?

- It costs ¥100 every 3 hours from the time you've been invited.
This is a mean hi-tech mega-city: if you're rich, pop-up when you want...but if you're poor, be fast!
You can pay with VISA or MasterCard.

3 - How do I open the locker to see the show? What do I need?

You need your cell phone, and a ¥100 coin (or a few if you're late).

4 - How can I see the show?

Get invited, or find someone who already has been and go along.
You might also try putting a post-it with your cell phone number on the locker, asking to be invited...or find another way. Of course, that could lead to some perhaps undesired situations, but we'll just consider such cases to be art casualties.

5 - What if I don't get invited?

Nobody knows if he will be invited or not. Everyone has to wait for the call (sound familiar?). The invitation-chain can spread anywhere in the community: if someone invites his grandmother than she might invite her friends from the Embroidery Club, and so on.
Beside that, the art world is a snake pit, a can of worms, a rat's nest: when there's no way in, there's no way out.

6 - Can anybody interact with the exhibited works? Even steal or replace them?

Yes, absolutely.
It's just one of those things.

7 - Is it happening continuously the whole year?

More than being continuous, the Off the Record art show is to be initiated more or less the way a flash mob is: suddenly and unexpectedly, when it feels right.
